Who is this course for?
This small group offering is for women who are interested in learning and exploring more about their individual wellness blueprint, but either don’t have a ton of time to invest or don’t know where to begin. I have designed this course in a way that you can take what you need, invest as much or as little time as you’d like and can work at a pace that best serves you. Maybe 2020 left you feeling like you completely neglected yourself and you are ready to get back on track to living well! Or maybe you are ready to create a blueprint to wellness that works for where you are right now! If any or all of that resonates with you then The Women’s Wellness Blueprint is for you!
- 8 weeks of weekly content focused on women’s wellness (see below for each week’s topic).
- Private Facebook group for course participants only (note that Facebook is not required to take this course).
- Weekly 1 hour group Zoom calls to discuss, explore and ask questions about the focus area and assignment for the week (recorded and emailed out for those unable to attend live).
- Worksheets to support each weekly topic.
- Three online slow flow into restorative yoga/meditation classes (recorded and emailed out for those unable to attend live).
- Weekly journal prompts inspired by the focus of the week.
- Weekly music playlists inspired by the focus of the week.
