As a BIRTHFIT Coach it is my goal to support you throughout the entire motherhood transition (prenatal through postpartum) through the pillars of fitness, nutrition, mindset and connection.

The motherhood transition will be one of the most transformational experiences of your life.  Together we will train your mind, body and soul to prepare for and support that transition. As a BIRTHFIT Coach, I enthusiastically support all women throughout their entire motherhood transition with education, support and fitness classes specific to their needs.

BIRTHFIT’s mission is to cultivate awareness and enhance education throughout the parenthood transition by developing and producing a one of a kind BIRTHFIT experiences through in-person classes and distance learning so that any human has the space to make her/his own informed, intuitively guided choices.  It is my goal to support this mission wholeheartedly and completely.

BIRTHFIT services are founded on four pillars:



To functionally train throughout the Motherhood Transition in all planes of motion to develop competencies and physical skills as well as enhance the main metabolic pathways.



To cultivate a relationship with food that is rich in color and nutrients from a wide variety of animals, fish, plants, fruits, fats, and starchy tubers, while nourishing the body through the different rhythms of life and the female cycle.



To create space between a stimulus and a response, to embrace a growth perspective, and create action around values in order to make decisions from a place of love rather than fear.



To open pathways from the cellular to the metaphysical level wherein a human can experience and express optimal health in body, mind, and soul.
